Very very happy with the service provided by Richard, my pc had suffered a hard drive failure and a friend had tried to format and install a new drive when i tried to use it i was totally confused!!.
Phoned Richard who explained in simple terms what needed to be done and quoted a firm price and 2 day turnaround. Job was done with the minimum of fuss and in a friendly and professional manner.
